The intake agent running this site

This page is a working demonstration. Everything the assistant does here, it does on a firm's own website under the firm's own name, with the firm's own rules.

The problem it solves

Most injury firms lose intake at the same two points. Someone calls at 9pm or on a Sunday and reaches voicemail. Or someone fills in a form, waits two days for a call back, and has signed with another firm by the time it comes.

Speed to first contact is the single most controllable variable in intake conversion, and it is the one most firms have the least control over, because it depends on a human being available.

What Workup Agent does on a firm's site

Answers immediately, by text or voice

Chat and real-time voice conversation, at any hour, with no queue. It speaks in the firm's voice under the firm's name.

Runs the firm's own intake script

The questions, the required fields and the disqualifying criteria are configured by the firm. It collects what the firm asks it to collect, in the order the firm wants it.

Delivers a structured file, not a transcript

Extracted fields land in the firm's case management system. Filevine, Litify, Salesforce or by webhook, with the full conversation attached.

Shows where the enquiry came from

The pages read before making contact, the campaign that brought them, and the whole journey, attached to the record rather than lost.

The part that matters for compliance

The agent is the firm's vendor, on the firm's website, under the firm's name, for a flat monthly fee. We are not paid per lead, per signed case or as any share of a fee. The people it speaks to came to the firm's own site of their own accord.

That structure matters. There is no referral, because nobody is being recommended to anyone. There is no fee division with a non-lawyer, because the fee is a fixed software subscription. And the firm's own lawyers decide what to do with every enquiry, because the agent gathers facts and the firm applies judgment to them.

Supervision remains the firm's responsibility, as it would be for any non-lawyer assistance. The configuration is the firm's, the disclaimers are the firm's, and the transcripts are available in full.

Notice what it refuses to do on this site

On theinjury.ai the assistant will not tell a visitor whether they have a claim, because we are not a law firm and doing so would be practising law. On a firm's own site the boundary sits where the firm's lawyers put it, because there are lawyers there to supervise it. The same software, configured to the situation it is in.

What a firm gets

  • A configured agent on the firm's site, in the firm's branding, usually live within a week
  • Chat and voice, on every page or on selected pages
  • Intake fields, required questions and disqualifying rules set by the firm
  • Delivery into existing case management, or by email and webhook
  • Consent capture written for current telephone consumer protection requirements, with a record of exactly what each person agreed to and when
  • Full transcripts, retained and exportable
  • Visitor journey and campaign attribution on every enquiry

How to evaluate it

Use the one on this page. Ask it hard questions. Try to make it say something it should not, and tell us if you succeed, because that is genuinely useful to us. Then ask for a version configured to your own intake criteria and try to break that instead.
