What this site is
A free general-information resource about injury claims in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and a working demonstration of our intake software. It is not a law firm, not a lawyer referral service and not a legal services plan. See the disclaimers, which form part of these terms.
No legal advice, no attorney-client relationship
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Using it creates no attorney-client relationship, and information you submit is not privileged or confidential in the legal sense. Do not act or refrain from acting on anything here without consulting a lawyer licensed in your state.
The automated assistant
The assistant is an automated system and is identified as such. It can be inaccurate or incomplete. It will decline to answer questions that call for legal conclusions. Do not rely on it for any decision that matters without independent legal advice.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access, scrape it systematically, submit another person's information without authority, impersonate anyone, or attempt to manipulate the assistant into producing legal advice or other content it is configured to decline.
Your content
What you write remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to process it in order to respond, to generate your summary, and to return it to you. We do not publish it, sell it, or provide it to law firms. See the privacy policy.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care and cite the underlying statutes so you can verify them. We do not warrant that content is complete, current or free from error. Law changes and pages can fall out of date.
Third-party references
Where we mention bar associations, government agencies or legal aid organisations, we do so for information. We do not control them, are not paid by them, and are not responsible for their services.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.
